I ensure that every item I send out are in good condition and are safely packaged, but at times accidents do happen during transit. When that happens, simply snap a photo of the damaged items and contact me by sending an email to TheCraftShoppe.MY@Gmail.com.
For damaged or wrongly sent items, you would be required to send the the items back to me and I will send you a replacement.
Exchange of goods are not allowed unless under the above circumstances.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct.
